Terms of service

These terms govern your use of LOA HEX. They are stub placeholders pending review by counsel.

1. Subscriptions

Plans are billed in 30-day rolling cycles. You can cancel auto-renew at any time from settings — your remaining files stay valid until the end of the current period.

2. Acceptable use

Files you upload must belong to your customer or a vehicle you own. We sample files for fraud detection but never resell or share them.

3. Liability

Tunes are tools, not guarantees. Always pre-flight on a bench or known vehicle. We won't be liable for hardware damage caused by mis-flashing.
